  1. Let’s just mention what happened in the year 2000, shall we?
Bond vs. UNITED STATES, 529 US 334 – 2000, The Supreme
Court held that the American People are in fact Sovereign and NOT the States or the Government. The court went on to define that local, state and federal law enforcement officers were committing unlawful actions against the Sovereign People by the enforcement of the laws and are personally liable for their actions.
     Bond v. United States, 529 US 334 – 2000 – Supreme Court –
Cited by 761 litigants in other cases.
     Bond v. US, 131 S. Ct. 2355 – 2011 – Supreme Court – Cited by
    306 “ “
     Bond v. US, 1 F. 3d 631 – 1993 – Court of Appeals, 7th – Cited by
    66 “ “

  2. Please bear in mind that a decision like this, referring to color of law, is only as good as the INDIVIDUAL man or woman who has the complete knowledge and comprehension to utilize it, and that this decision (opinion) serves the individual no purpose except in court AFTER (post facto) all of the abuses have taken place – abuses of the law and of the man or woman in violence. In other words, any court opinion only truly has authority in a court of law, and everything that happens before that opinion as presented in said court happens long before that court date.

    Opinions are like assholes…

One might do well to present this “opinion” of the court to a police officer before such abuses ensue, but this action might also have the equal and opposite effect of really pissing off the psychopath behind that “color of law” badge to the point of breaking the presenter of said SC opinion into less of a man/woman or Tazering him/her to death. Challenging the authority of the authoritarian can be a very dangerous game. Just a precaution to those brave enough to step out of their persons and stand up for themselves as real men…

Also, you must always remember that the dissenting opinion carries just as much weight in other courtrooms as the winning opinion. I always read both sides of the “opinion” before I let myself believe that the winning opinion is relevant to mine or any other case. In truth, taking a quote from a case is similar to trying to explain the Bible by quoting single verses… It will always be read completely out of context, as each new case is unique and will create a new opinion (both winning and dissenting) despite what the older case (winning opinion) states.

So if you are going to travel down this road – using supreme court opinions as evidence of law – you better know a whole lot more about the law than just the cherry-picked quotes and citations that are passed around like cocaine to the patriot parrots who repeat them without question. It will be the judges decision, not yours, whether or not this opinion applies to your INDIVIDUAL and UNIQUE case.

Be well, and be careful… and when it comes to case law, be ANAL!!!

  3. So what exactly are you saying here? That deception and lies are legitimate? That legalese is legit? That all is lost? That these liars should win the day? That because of their advanced weaponry we should just lie down and surrender? Have you given up? If these advanced weapons are so ubiquitous why aren’t they using them in Afghanistan and the countless other places we are at war with to end those conflicts? We can never educate enough of those have their fingers on the triggers to make any difference until they actually pull the trigger. After that all bets are off. Your pessimism is truly disturbing
